Hakomi is a mindfulness-centered psychotherapy approach developed by Ron Kurtz in the 1970’s’s. Hakmoi integrates principles of person-centred psychotherapy, neuroscience, and body awareness. It emphasise creating a safe space where clients can uncover unconscious beliefs and patterns stored in the body. By combining gentle, present-moment awareness with body-focused experiences, Hakomi offers a holistic approach to personal growth and transformation.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
