Hakomi
Hakomi is a mindfulness-based psychotherapy that focuses on exploring unconscious beliefs and patterns through gentle self-awareness and body-centered techniques. it invites clients to access deep insights and foster healing by connecting mind, body, and emotions in a safe and nurturing space.
